Creation of media content in the context of studying the characteristics, capabilities, and development, both traditional and new media, are the top challenge of the modern multimedia age. Responsibility of professionals working in the media, increases every day with the increase of media influence on today's social, economic and political conditions. The art of creating messages, and ethical media, ie. public behavior, are the conditions we need, if we want to achieve success in any field of social, economic, political or cultural development. American Academy of Art and Science is undergraduate study of graphic and multimedia design, new media and journalism, and the aim is the systematic education of young people for the needs of the market in a way that enables them to design, brand and product promotion or message, as well as acquiring knowledge about modern communication systems and mass media, and developing the skills of monitoring and reporting information for the new media and contemporary market needs.

Career
Graduates of this Academy acquire skills that enable them employment in various fields and spheres of work and the most important are- education, communications and marketing, production art, graphic and multimedia design. There is a possibility of employment in museums and galleries, as well as a predisposition of career development in new media and journalism. Graphic designers develop the overall layout and production design of magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate image brochures and other publications. They also create promotional displays, packaging materials, flyers, posters, billboards for products and services, logo design, they develop signs and system label, so-called environmental graphics- for business and governmental sector. An increasing number of graphic designers also develop material for web sites and portals, interactive media, and multimedia projects.
Through the study of multimedia design, students acquire knowledge and practical experience in the areas of digital media, design, visuals effects, animation, product development, communication and information technologies. With a degree multimedia design, it is possible to build career on positions in film studios, broadcasters, advertising agencies, video production companies, theaters, etc.. Electronic journalism / new media include the creation of content for radio, television and info portals. After graduation, young professionals can find jobs in newspapers, journals and magazines, on public services, news agencies, information portals, radio and TV channels.
New Media and Journalism
The classic study of journalism is not sufficient preparation for future leaders in the world of reporting in mass media. Therefore, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences created a program at specialist departments "New media and journalism." The aim of the study is to gain understanding of information transfer to new media and news ethics reconcile with the need for dynamic and daily access to information. After graduation, student has the knowledge of modern communication systems and mass media, and developed skills of monitoring and reporting information for the new media and contemporary market needs.

Graphic and Multimedia Design
Study program in graphic and multimedia design is aimed at the systematic education of young people for the needs of the market in a way that enables them to design, brand and product promotion or message. Through the study of film, documentary forms and other forms of visual, graphic and multimedia expression, students are trained to work in multinational companies, productions, but also to start their own businesses. Experts in graphic and multimedia design are more and more wanted and this is one of the future calls.
