AUBiH students visited the Home for Children without Parental Care in Tuzla.

The students of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Home for Children without Parental Care in Tuzla. As a symbolic sign of their care and warmth, the students gave candies and toys to the children there.
This visit is a continuation of the humanitarian action through which the students of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina show that they find time for others and that they think about those who do not live every day as if it was a fairytale. They show that they have an ear for other aspects of life and for other people and their needs.
The goal and the purpose of the existence of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina (AUBIH) is to promote, enable and demand academic excellence from each of our students. Still, in addition to this, we teach our students towards developing a virtue of sharing, thinking about others and giving up some of the things they have, for the benefit of those who are not as fortunate.
The students of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina are also active in sports, and many of them are active in volunteering and in humanitarian work. We have recently organized blood donation and provided New Year presents in the form of candy-packages for the children at the Pediatric Clinic of the University Clinical Center. Today, we showed attention to the children without parental care.
